The consultation is the service that allows you to use a bibliographic resource in the Sapienza library that owns it.

In the Sapienza library catalogue it is said that a book is available “for internal consultation only”. What does it mean?
When a book is available for "internal consultation only," it means that it is not being borrowed and can only be consulted in the library that owns it. In some cases, individual libraries may exceptionally decide to allow short borrowings of a few hours.
