I am a Sapienza student (enrolled in Bachelor and Master degree, specialization, PhD and other courses, Erasmus or international student) how to log in to my library account?
The credentials (enrollment number + password) are the same used to access the institutional email account, Prodigit and the wi-fi network.
If you are experiencing problems with the access, send an email to chiedialbibliotecario@uniroma1.it
To access services as a student it is necessary to be regularly enrolled in a course of study.
First-year students who have not yet paid the first tuition fee are not allowed to use the services, even if they have successfully completed an access test/knowledge check. The account will be active within 24/36 hours from the payment; if the payment is made on Friday afternoon the account will be active from the following Monday after 2pm.
► If your request concerns a specific library (for opening hours, borrowing, renewals, bookings and cancellations) please contact the library concerned.

I am a Sapienza student, why can't I access the Sapienza Library Catalogue?
The access through the students institutional e-mail credentials (enrollment number and password) is available to students, PhD students and postgraduates in regular position with the payment of fees.
The password is valid for 12 months, after which it is necessary to reset it from the Infostud interface, following these steps:
1. Log in to Infostud with SPID/CIE*
2. Go to the section Settings -> Access data -> enter your old and new passwords -> Click on "Update password".
Once the password has been reset, it can be used immediately to access your Library Account in the Sapienza Libraries Catalogue.
After ten unsuccessful attempts, your credentials will be completely blocked. In this case you must contact your Student affaires offices.
PAY ATTENTION: Blocking your credentials does not prevent you from accessing Infostud (if you use SPID/CIE *), nor to log in to institutional e-mail, prodigit or wi-fi. To check if your account has been actually blocked, please download the Infostud Sapienza app on your device and try to log in with your username and password. If this login also fails, please contact your Student affaires offices.
* Those who do not hold Italian citizenship and do not have SPID/CIE, can access Infostud with their enrollment number and password (to reset after the first login, if necessary).
